4 hour workout with a protein and waxy maize shake Inbetween
1 hour half cardio / polymetrics
Half hour stretching
Full body routine including
Back squats 365x5 , 275x15( almost blacked out!)
Front squats
225x5, 245x5
Leg press 8 plates a side x 8
Tb rows 6 plates x8
And a ton of everything else I took too much pre workout today and I still can't sleep ugh but the workout was worth it
