Yeah I know some of you can do alot more but I just started deadlifting again a few weeks ago. 2 years ago I was doing 545 but stopped doing it for a long time. Now im back and loving the raw feeling of pure power!! Did use wrist straps though on my final sets but no belt or knee wraps.
