I was going to take the 2 shakes a day out b/c of the artificial processed part of it. The chicas on here have been saying to eat only real food the last 2-4 weeks and it does have some sugar in it. What do you think?
I actually haven't used any shakes for the last 3 months during prep. To replace a shake, you can just do a protein / veggie meal or include a carb depending on where in your day the meal lands.
