Hello all!!!

I was just looking for some opionions*(we all know there are trillions)
on what I should look at taking out for contest diet next week.
I know i should look at what my progress is doing...but honestly i'm not sure what is good/bad precontest as I've just been playing it by ear. Progress is going good so far but was still wondering about a few items :

Sugar free syrup(use quite alot)

Crystal Light

SF FF pudding mix

SF Jello

SF popsicles

tea(any kind)

coffee

Franks hot sauce(I use quite alot)

ANPB

Pro. shakes

creatine(has sugar-cell-tech carb control)

SF gum(i know this sounds stupid...but I'm a chewaholic)

Cauliflower---someone said this was a starchy carb?????

As far as the other things in my diet, I'm not too worried about(not like there are that many "other" thingsLOL)
ckn, tuna, whiting, tons of veggies, flax oil, almonds, egg whites, whole eggs on occasion, oatmeal, sweet potatos, brown rice, spices :p
and thats about it...any suggestions PLEASE throw them my way...for anything...I WOULD LOVE INPUT!!!!

Drop anything with artificial sweetners

hey girl...

Will you be depleting for your show or going in as is? Rule of thumb is all artificial sweeteners and unnatural things go at least the 10 days before your show. Caffeine is eliminated 2 weeks out if you want to use it as a diuretic the week of the show. (It doesn't work if you have been continually drinking it.) If you are going in as is...most of this doesn't apply. If you are manipulating your water in anyway...then you'll want to drop it...:)
 
Thanks to everyone!!!!!

I love my :coffee: but already stopped it due to lack of energy and coffee is short lived when it comes to that. I recently switched to a fatburner for some added uummpf.:)

ME and FRANK will have a long tearful goodbye. *tear*

Question---what should I replace my shake after am cardio with?

And also my after lifting shake?? Should I just have a nice pouch of tuna or some egg whites or my next meal??

DOES THIS EVER GET ANY MORE COMPLICATED??? ;)

In all seriousness guys---thanks for all your love and support. Not alot of people would take the time to help others that they don't even really know--so it says alot!
