JKurz, its probably bs, but there are a few guys who can get shreaded on 350 grams of carbs a day. Of course those type of guys test to have alot of trouble gaining lbm or weight of any type, and tend to be a totally different animal when it comes to dieting down and bulking when it comes to optimal calories and micronutrient breakdowns. In any event, they are the except to the rule and are rare from my experience.
