What's up guys...
I'm going to be running an NPP, Tbol cycle... and was wondering about diet...
Currently I THINK I'm around 14 - 15% bf, and wanting to gain mass, but would prefer my BF stay the same, if not drop (I know that isn't easy... so I guess if I had to choose... I'd pick mass, and will sacrifice a little BF and abs for it... )
Now...
I've had pretty decent success running a 40/40/20 type diet... but have been thinking about running a 40/30/30 instead this time for bulking... I think it might be a better plan, and be easier on the waist line... The other option I thought about was the 35/5/60 diet... with around 4000cals (I'm around 173 or so now)...
What do you guys think?

Why don't any of the stickies work? Did the site just get re-directed to isteroids or something?
