Squat:
5x5 155lbs
BB Bench press:
5x5 145lbs
BB reverse row: Bring this up and maintain it within 10 Lbs of your bench press bro. Its important for your shoulder health. Also if your gonna do reverse then alternate each workout with regular. Reverse hits more of your biceps and thats fine but we also wanna load your mid and upper back.
5x5 125lbs
French press:
5x5 35lbs
