4 sets of 12 DB shoulder press (15lbs)
4 sets of 12 hip raises
3 sets of 12 rear delt press with machine (40lbs)
3 sets of 10 cable crunches on ball (30lbs)
3 sets of 16 side raises (5lbs)
3 sets of 14 bent over rear delt raises (5lbs)
4 sets of 20 calf raises on leg press (90lbs)
3 sets of 16 calf raises (140lbs)
3 sets of 12 decline bench crunches


3:00
shake
green apple
1/2C pineapple

6:30
3oz chickehn
salad (spinach, carrots, cucumber)

*Today is a complete REST day, all the muscles I've worked so far are so sore today, it's the kinda a pain I like ;)

1/2 pineapple
shake (1/2 Casinate, 1/2 whey)

chicken wrap (lettuce, sun-dried tomatoes)
a few bites of a salad (they put way too much dressing on it, idiots)

3:00 to 4:15 took a nap :sleep2:

2 rice cakes
2 tbsp almond butter
3oz carrots
2 fish oil

7:30
3oz chicken
salad (romaine lettuce, cucumber, carrots)
2 fish oil

8:30
1 tbsp sunflower seeds
salad
