Sleep: Was in bed at about 12, only left asleep at about 1, woke up at 3 until 3:30, then again at 6 until 7, then finally woke up at 10:30, feel abit rested when I woke up, sleeping seems to be getting better little by little.

11:00 1 Grapefruit and 1/2 a lemon blended with some water and stevia

11:45 shake (25g protein, 1/2C strawberries, 2tbsp blueberries, 1/4 a banana)

2:30 chicken and lettuce wrap

What? Is that a little bit of sleep I see at least??? Woooo hooo!!! Now we just need to put our heads together and come up with a way for you to sleep through the night... because this sandman search is going no where :laugh2:
 
Miss24K, I am really at a loss for words on this one, except to do your best to be PATIENT and know that you will heal. It will take time, but you can take advantage of this period to really get some thinking and decision-making done on ALL aspects of your life. I admit to knowing pretty much nothing about meditation, but I can only imagine that something like that would help, tremendously.

As a Christian, I can say that there is nothing more "comforting" and "calming" then spending time in the Bible and expressing your gratitude to God, but I don't know if that is your thing. Spending time focusing on all the good is soooooo healthy. Either way, my point is actually to spend some time thinking, actually seeking out and being grateful for the good things in your life (no matter what your beliefs), which will have healing properties in its own way.

Either way: God bless you, and IP and I will be praying for you daily. :rose: :heart: :HUG:

Ok vacation is over, so I need to get back to this. ;)

Sleeping is getting better, I slept from 11:30pm until 6:30am last night without waking up once, woohoo that's the longest I've slept in over a month.

And yesterday George came back to visit me after being gone since January, and let me tell you I hate when he's gone long cause he's a bastard when he finally comes back, I had a migraine since yesterday and basicly feel like a truck hit me. And just when I was starting to feel better.

Today I'm starting a juice fast for a few days.

8am herbal tea

8:30 Bio 1&2

10:00 fresh watermelon juice

What are the benefits of that?
 
Q is was to clean out the junk alittle before focusing on a new diet plan and training.

Ok can somebody pull out that :velvett: on me if I slack with this bad boy, lol.

Sleep: was terrible last night, I bet it was Bunny's fault because the last few nights I was getting good sleep. :(

1/2 banana
1/2 scoop whey, 1/2 scoop casinate

1:30 Training :elephant: *It's been 39 days :bawling:
Back & Biceps
4 sets of 10 wide grip lat. pull-downs (55lbs)
3 sets of 12 bent-over rows (30lbs)
3 sets of 10 seated cable rows (40lbs)
3 sets of 10 seated db curls (10lb dbs)
3 sets of 21 barbell (30lbs)

15minutes of HIIT cardio on ellipitcal (30sec fast, 1 min slow)

shake
green apple
1/2C pineapple

5:30
1/2C multi-grain pasta
2.5oz tuna
1/4C mushroom soup
1 tbsp parm. cheese
big salad (spinch, cucumber, and carrots, with 2tbsp apple cider vinegar)

8:00 :evil:
small chocolate therapy ice cream from Ben and Jerry's :p
and a chocolate chip cookie
