Sleep: Was in bed at about 12, only left asleep at about 1, woke up at 3 until 3:30, then again at 6 until 7, then finally woke up at 10:30, feel abit rested when I woke up, sleeping seems to be getting better little by little.
11:00 1 Grapefruit and 1/2 a lemon blended with some water and stevia
11:45 shake (25g protein, 1/2C strawberries, 2tbsp blueberries, 1/4 a banana)
2:30 chicken and lettuce wrap
