*6/14/07*

FOOD:

9AM: 30g whey in 1 cup skim milk

11:30: 1.5oz peanuts

3:30: 1.5 oz peanuts

6:30: can chik, spinach leaves, 10 all-bran crackers, handful bb, 4 little strawberries, tiny bit of low cal dressing

10:00 PWO: 30g whey in 1 cup skim milk

12:30: 5 oz filet mignon, 5 oz yam, whole green beans


WEIGHTS:

straight arm pull-downs: 4 sets 45x8...6 TUT

cable rows: 85x8, 100x6, 85x8.....4 TUT

pull down w/ rope: 3 sets 60 x8

hypers: 1 set w/ 10lb platex8, 25lb platex8, 10lb plate x 8....6 TUT


CARDIO
Overslept this morning, so I made this up after the weights tonight. I can't program the mills in intervals for less than 1 minute, so I usually just do it manual, but this was too complicated for that.....so I increased the interval time a bit:

90 sec: 4.0, 15% incline
60 sec: 7.0, 0% incline

Only did 6 cycles total....short on time.


NOTES:

After spending like four hours of my day working on these chem problems that are online, I lost everything after a fuse blew....too many lights on and I was heating my food up in the microwave.
I only had two problems left :bawling: :evil:
I didn't know whether to cry or break something.
Guess I'll start over tomorrow.....anyway, time for the day to end.

Chest:
incline flys: 4 sets 25x12.....4 TUT
incline db press: 4 sets 35x8....6 TUT
cable cross-overs: 4 sets 35x12....6 TUT

Abs:
Pass the ball- 6.5 lb med ball, 3 sets...about 1 min each
 
Went out of town this weekend to my parents....got back late last night. Here's some catching up on the logging:

6/15/07

FOOD:

switched things around a bit cuz I went to the gym early.....

9:30: 30g whey in 1 cup skim milk

12:30: can chik, spinach, 10 all bran crackers, handful bb

3:00 PWO: 30g whey in 1 cup skim milk

5:00: in the car.... can chik, green beans, cold sweet potato....ate with my hands :)

8:30: 1 oz peanuts

11:30: 1.5 oz peanuts

WEIGHTS:

side laterals: 3 sets 12.5 x 12...6 TUT

upright rows: 3 sets 20x10...4 TUT

machine press: 3 sets 50x8....6 TUT

front laterals: 3 sets 15x12....4 TUT

I overslept, so I did cardio after my workout...
4 min warmup
6 cycles HIIT: 1 min 7.0, flat tread, 1.5 min 4.0, 15% incline
4 min cooldown

Still can't seem to get the mill programmed right :rolleyes:

6/16/07

REST DAY!!!

FOOD:

12PM: 30g whey in 1 cup skim milk

2:30: 1.5 oz peanuts

6:00: 7 oz chik breast, 6 oz yam, green beans

8:30: lettuce, cucumber, chicken breast

11:30: 3 oz peanuts....lil carried away

Some random notes...

I have been sleeping like shit! I have the most annoying dreams, so when I wake up, it's like I never really went to sleep. I guess I just have a lot on my mind because I dream of electron configurations and different isotopes :lmao: ......can't wait til I'm done with chemistry.
Sometimes people from EF are in my dreams......weird.

I really need to start tanning regularly, find a suit, and work on posing!

Hmmm I KNOW exactly what you mean on the sleep... I get the same thing happening to me, have the weirdest dreams or just keep on waking up so feels like I don't even sleep :rolleyes: Hope you enjoyed the rest of your weekend though girl :heart:
 
I about gag on that cold chicken... Just had that conversation earlier... It realllllyyyyyy tests my gag reflexes!! Good job to you on it!

Yes, same tech, but it was after my workout and I usually do it before. I don't know if that would make a difference. We were also kind of rushed. I'm not real worried about the number because I know I look leaner. I've seen significant changes in the past week.
