Had the day off and slept really late

FOOD:

1:00: 30g whey in 1 cup skim

3:00: 1.5 oz cashews

7:00: 6oz chik breast, spinach leaves, few crackers, handful bb

9:00: 1 oz peanuts

11:00 PWO: 30g whey in 1 cup skim

1:00: 6 oz chik breast, 1/2 cup oats

3:00: 1 oz peanuts


I was up really late studying for my chemistry final, which is today

WEIGHTS:
4 TUT on all....

incline flys: 2 sets 25x15, 2 sets 30xx10

incline db press: 4 sets 35x10

cable cross-overs: 4 sets 30x12

pec deck: 4 sets 50x12


Skipped AM cardio, so I did 25 min PWO, speed: 4.0, incline 6%

9:30: 30g whey in 1 cup skim milk

1:00: 1.5 oz peanuts

3:00: 2 oz peanuts

5:30: spinach leaves, 6 oz chik breast, handful bb, few wheat crackers

8:30: 30g whey in 1 cup skim milk

11:30: 6 oz chicken breast, broccoli, 1/3 cup oats


WEIGHTS:

All 4 TUT....

side db raises: 4 sets 12.5x12

front db raises: 2 sets 12.5x15, 2 sets 15x12

machine press: 2 sets 50x12, 2 sets 40x10

cable upright rows: 4 sets 50x12

20 min. steady state cardio...4.0, at 6% incline


NOTES:
Took my chemistry final today........*sigh of relief*
I decided not to take the second semester over the summer. I really need a break from school, and this will allow me to focus more on some other things in my life.
I really sucked at doing AM cardio this week, but it will be on next week, especially since I'll have a little more time to fit everything in.
 
Nice to see diet still staying on point, workouts looking good too! Glad you are gonna start being able to free up some more time for that a.m. cardio what a blast huh?!?! :)

I'm going out of town today, so I went to the gym early and switched the meals around a bit. I'll just log everything now.....

FOOD:

11:00: 30g whey in 1 cup skim

12:30: spinach leaves, can chik, handful bb, few crackers

3:30 PWO: 30g whey in 1 cup skim

5:30: 4 oz lean ground turkey, broccoli, 1/3 cup oats

8:30: 1.5 oz peanuts

11:30: 1.5 oz peanuts


WEIGHTS:

All 4 TUT...

incline curls: 4 sets 20x12

db preacher curls: 4 sets 15x12

french press: 2 sets 40x14, 2 sets 50x12

pushdowns, shoulder width: 4 sets 50x12

PWO cardio: 20 min 4.0 speed, 8% incline


NOTES:

I'll be out of town this weekend, so I probably won't be online until Sunday night. Have a good weekend everyone!

5PM: 1.5 oz dry-roast peanuts

6:30: 1/2 cup broccoli, can chicken, about ten crackers

9PM: 30g whey in 1 cup skim

12AM: 6 oz chik breast, sweet tato, broccoli


WEIGHTS:

6 TUT on all.....

lying leg curls: 4 sets 70x8

leg extensions w/ toes in: 4 sets 70x8

hacks: 4 sets 180+sledx6

ATF squats: 3 sets 95x6

stiff deads: 4 sets 135x6

walking db lunges: 17.5x8 strides per leg


NOTES:

Going to the grocery store now cuz I have NOTHING.
Sleeping A LOT and having weird dreams, but I'm not tired throughout the day.
 
YEAAAAAA!!! Glad you are back!! :D NICE looking diet and workout as well! Guess who got some cashews this weekend while they were out and about too because I kept seeing them in here ;) :p
