Had the day off and slept really late
FOOD:
1:00: 30g whey in 1 cup skim
3:00: 1.5 oz cashews
7:00: 6oz chik breast, spinach leaves, few crackers, handful bb
9:00: 1 oz peanuts
11:00 PWO: 30g whey in 1 cup skim
1:00: 6 oz chik breast, 1/2 cup oats
3:00: 1 oz peanuts
I was up really late studying for my chemistry final, which is today
WEIGHTS:
4 TUT on all....
incline flys: 2 sets 25x15, 2 sets 30xx10
incline db press: 4 sets 35x10
cable cross-overs: 4 sets 30x12
pec deck: 4 sets 50x12
Skipped AM cardio, so I did 25 min PWO, speed: 4.0, incline 6%
