I too hate hate hate the scale weight going up!!!! And guess what else!!!! Your fat roll is not a roll...it's a teeny eeny weiny...Next weeks will become a cigarrete roll...and then disappear!!!

You had 2 slices of pepperoni pizza ...they were eaten in this manner...
First pepperoni ...then tiny tiny bites until reaching bread crust.
There is something I still cannot "name" with the comfort of bread bites...
I have a clue...LOL...I think it may be the feeling of soft yet crusty feeling when you sink your teeth into it...
It was good then NOT NOW!!!!
 
Just realized I didn't log yesterday....

*6/10/07*

slept in late :)

FOOD:

12:30: 30g whey in 1 cup skim milk

3:30: 1.5 oz cashews

6PM: can chik, 10 all-bran crackers, tbsp dressing, spinach, 5 strawberries

8:30 PWO: 30 g whey in 1 cup skim milk

10:30: 5 oz chicken breast, 1/2 cup brown rice

12:30: 2 oz cashews


WEIGHTS:

All 4 TUT....

4 supersets- inclined db curls (20x8) w/ standing db curls- both hands at same time (20x8)

4 supersets- skull crushers (bar + 20lbsx 8) w/ close grip bench (85x8)

3 supersets- concentration curls (15x8) w/ kickbacks (15x8)


Arms were pumped after this....biceps are pretty sore today

9AM: 30g whey in 1 cup skim milk

11:30: 1.5 oz cashews

1:30: 1.5 oz cashews

6PM: 1 can chik, 10 all-bran crackers, spinach, tbsp dressing, 5 strawberries

8:30: .5 oz peanuts

11PM PWO: 30g whey in 1 cup skim milk

1AM: 5oz chicken breast, 1/2 cup brown rice


WEIGHTS:

All 6 TUT...

Squats: 3 sets 135x8

hacks: 3 sets sled + 180x8

walking lunges w/ 20lb db: 2 sets 12 strides each leg

seated ham curls: 2 sets 115x8

stiff deads: 3 sets 135x8

seated calf raises: 1 set 45x15, 3 sets 70x12


NOTES:

I hate driving home from the gym after doing legs.
 
No worries on the scale weight(or bf).

Buns did th same thing at about 7 weeks out - check her log.

bf jumped up and then dropped like a rock the next week

11:30: 5 egg whites, 1/2 cup brown rice

NOTES:
Took the night off from the gym to get some school work done. I'll probably start doing this and going either Sat. or Sun....makes more sense.
Legs, glutes are pretty sore today.
Very tired, gonna eat and hit the hay.
