*6/17/07*

FOOD:

11:30: 30g whey in 1 cup skim milk

2:00: 1.5 oz peanuts

4:30: 1.5 oz peanuts

6:00: 4 oz lean ground turkey (only protein I had), spinach, few all-bran crackers, handful bb

8:30 PWO: 30g whey in 1 cup skim

12:00: 6 oz chik breast, 5 oz sweet tato, broccoli


WEIGHTS:

3 TUT on all....

incline db curls: 4 sets 17.5x15

pushdowns: 4 sets 70x18

alternating standing db curls: 4 sets 15x20

seated dips: 4 sets 70x20

starting to see a vein in my bicep! :elephant:

Well, I"ve been posting them up about every other week, so probably later this week sometime.

I'm getting so excited that I'm seeing changes!

6:00: 1.5 oz cashews

9:00: 30g whey in 1 cup skim

12:00: I'll probably have 4 oz lean ground turkey, broccoli, 1/2 cup oats


WEIGHTS:

step ups on 5 block stepper w/ 20lb db: 4 sets, 12 steps each leg

leg extensions w/ toes in: 4 sets 60x10 THESE REALLY BURNED!

leg curls w/ toes in: 4 sets 70x12

ATF Squats: 4 sets 95x10......I really hate these, but I think my form is just bad because they always hurt my lower back.

Butt Blaster: 4 sets of 15 reps.....don't remember weight


NOTES:
I overslept this morning....right through the alarm :sleeping:
I was late for class and no AM cardio :worried:
I would have made it up tonight, but I have two lab reports due tomorrow, so I had to get home to finish.....which is what I'm off to do........

Well workout and diet looking good!!! Glad you eat so many cashews, have some for me too would ya, I keep forgetting to grab some of those at the store :p :rolleyes:

I :heart: cashews!!!

It's good too because it keeps me away from the anpb, which I can get carried away with easy :rolleyes:

db shrugs: 20x15, 25x15, 30x12, 30x12

wide-grip pull downs: 70x15, 85x12, 85x12, 70x15

seated rows: 1 set 70x10, 3 sets 60x12

hypers: 1 set bodyweightx12, 1 set w/ 10lb platex10, 25lb platex8, bodyweightx10

ABS: 5 supersets bicycles and scissors...30 sec eac
