well today is almost over and PLJay and I are getting closer to our meet on June 1st. We are two months out, and trust me it is going by fast.

Well im doing my pre-contest program. As of now im on week 4 in my squat, week 3 in my deadlift, and ill be going for a shirtless max on the bench 2morrow. Ill let you guys know how that turns out.

Im not gonna be in my suits till next month. gonna try something different, cause i dont wanna peak out too early.

Today my week 2 deadlifts went like this:
warmups
135-2x8
225-1x8

315-1x10 1st set
360-1x8 2nd set
410-1x8 3rd set
450-1x8 4th set
485-1x8 5th set
510-1x8 6th set

All these reps suck. A total of 50 reps, this is part of my endurance stage.
 
Way to go man hit um them weights, i'm PISSED:mad: that I can't do that meet let alone lift nethin for right now. Well good luck in training and I wish u the best....FREAK.

How long are you resting . If everything works out i will be there as well . I'm trying to get my schedule together so i can trian with ya'll again before June.
 
I know that 700 will go up for ya in june. Your reps are incredable.

Dont know about you but cant wait to start suitin up!

Grimmer you need to definitly plan on gettin over here to get some gym time before june. You will be glad you did.

i wont be suitin up till may and when im in my shirt or sq,dl suit everything is heavy, and some light. but it is all mostly heavy in eveything i do. (ex. tricep work, bi work, shoulders, calves and abs). in my regular cycle i train light and heavy but when its time for a meet all my days are heavy. and i always take a week off the before a meet and a week off after a meet. when i get back in the gym i start off light in everything doing high reps.

what do u mean by how long am i resting? so you are gonna be lifting in june. you better try and get to our gym and train its gonna be fun.

im gonna try 800sq in the gym 500bp in the gym and a 700dl in the gym so i can see where im at for june. and hell yeah im excited about suitin up, its like the best thing in the world to be all suited up throwin around all that weight!
 
I meant when you are doing reps are you resting till yoiu are tatally recoverd from one set to the next or are you resting for like 2 minutes or so. I probably answered my own queston, until you are completely recovered.

well when i start my first 3 sets i kinda rest fast, i dont like to rest that long cause i dont really need it. but as the weight gets heavier i take a little bit longer rest. i never rest too full recovery,
cause you have a chance of hurting yourself. so i guess i can answer your question with, Ill go on feel if i need more time to rest then ill take a lil bit longer if i feel like im ready to lift then ill lift. :garza:
