Sup bros. I'm currently 6'4" 230 lbs. I am trying to gain weight. Lacrosse has started up and we are doing intense cardio workouts that last about 2 hours. I currently am eating about 5000-6000 calories a day. I think i'm going to start waking up in the middle of the night and eating PB, TUNA, and milk. Any suggestions on how i can continue to gain mass while doing so much cardio? Thanks in advance!!
