2 hrs of intense cardio but bulking. HELP !!!

Sup bros. I'm currently 6'4" 230 lbs. I am trying to gain weight. Lacrosse has started up and we are doing intense cardio workouts that last about 2 hours. I currently am eating about 5000-6000 calories a day. I think i'm going to start waking up in the middle of the night and eating PB, TUNA, and milk. Any suggestions on how i can continue to gain mass while doing so much cardio? Thanks in advance!!
 
I doubt if you are going to gain mass by doing that much cardio - I believe so much cardio will take the weight off - lifting, eating and sleeping for gaining mass. And why so much cardio?:confused:
 
I would try to consume some complex carbs before the lacrosse practice bro. I serioiusly wouldn't worry about cardio hindering your gains--- it's so fucking over-rated IMO. We all have a heart-- and we're supposed to move around-- just do it and bump up your calorie intake, you should be fine.
