1st Cycle Test E Beastdrol kick LOG

Day 13.... Just got done doing back.. Had a decent workout, strength wise I didnt feel any stronger than I normally do(didnt feel any stronger on Chest yesterday either) kinda just went through the motions and got it done.. Ive been eating and getting plenty of rest guys Im 2 weeks in when does the fun stuff start? lol
 
Keep at it if anything you should notice the great test kick in around week 3 and 4. Just need to hit the gym everyday knowing your gonna KILL It! There will always be the odd shitty workout.- Mike
 
Thanks man.. I used to kill it everyday in the gym, and now im just constantly thinking about my cycle.. Im counting on it too much instead of just kicking ass..
 
Your exactly right bro.
Just dont even consider that your on. Just get pumped about your workout and then get in the gym and Kill That Shit.
And then all of sudden you will realize that "shit man I was fuggin strong today" and thats the cycle doing its job bro.
You know bro it might not hurt to post your diet in detail for a week or 2 right in here. I can tell you that junkie and steve will jump right on that and help you out.
 
Thanks Zed and yea your right im sure my diet is lacking.. Did shoulders and traps today.. had a really good workout, didnt have any strength gains but a good workout none the less. Week 2 is officially over.. tomorrow is day 15 on Beastdrol and 2morrow Ill be taking my 6th inject of test E @250mg.. Starting today I decided I was going to quit worrying about my cycle and getting stronger every day and just go in there and kill that fukn shit... I think it paid off with a great workout.. thanks everyone for the support and motivation

You're first cycle creeps up on because u don't know what to expect....just keep killn that shit, eatn plenty of clean meals and getn plenty if rest and then before you know it youll be in the gym Like Damn I feel good lol....if you wanna post your diet up ill help you out with it bro

I urge you to post your actual food intake for some help in here.

Hey guys today is Day 15 on beast and I just took my 6th inject of Test E... Did legs today and had an awesome workout.. I hit 395 for 3 which is awesome considering last week I hit a new record at the time at 365x4 I believe.. My legs have got a ton stronger, but legs is the only body part im really noticing strength gains.. everything else is just kinda mild I guess is the word im looking for.. Also on a side note my nips are gettin kinda sensitive.. should I start to worry or is this just normal? Ive been taking the forma for a couple weeks now at 5pumps am and 5 pumps pm, hopefully thats enough for on cycle A.I support.. thanks again for all the support guys

Correction - It was 4 plates which is 405.. dunno why i was thinking it was 395.. nice im in the 400 club on squats lol

Do u have any letro on hand? Sensitive nipples is a bad sign....if you have letro start in with .6mg eod to be safe
