thanks for the kind words and motivation guys.. the weather changed really abruptly here and im thinking I might have caught something n im just gettin sick.. I just got done doing shoulders and it took everything I had just to get through my workout( the only plus was that my grip was locktight on my shrugs and I go pretty heavy).. So hopefully ive just caught a cold or something and it passes in a few days and I can get back to really making some damn progress.. GJ im diff going to take it for 3 weeks, hopefully 4(that way ill know for future reference if I can take it again or if its just not for me)
