100g of oats?????

Barely a 1/2 cup, yet I see so many bros post that is the amount they eat.......anyone eat more? I'm thinking more in line with 200g, thoughts?
 
I eat 1 cup (200g) for breakfast pre workout, and sometimes another 1/2 cup or even a cup in the early afternoon.
 
I tried just 100mg (I'm 6'2..190 and putting on wieght as we speak) and it just wasn't enough...maybe for a shake, but not first meal of the am.........
 
200 g is quite a lot

Are you taking something else (tuna, eggs,....) ?

why don't you take 1-2 yolks with your whites ?

A bit more fat but better protein and useful vitamins
 
just think flax is a better overall source, oh and I put a scoop of procomplex (choc) in my oats..........
