Happy Sunday fam, hope all of you have had amazing weeks and getting ready for a brand new one ahead.

today will be a super short update, rest day with only steps planned before a big leg session tomorrow morning at 4am - very excited for!

I had bloods pulled the other day and will be eagerly awaiting results and next plan of action, happy to extend my cruise or launch into a massive second push phase - but we will let my markers be the determining factor on that one as I would like to have a very long push phase ahead.

feeling amazing as always, body weight seems to be dropping quite fast while taking progressions each week - all in all livening the process
