things are progressing under my new coach's guidance for peds and nutrition it's been a smooth and positive transition. The main reason for making this change is his strong powerlifting background, which aligns so well with my needs and makes the process feel effective.
That said i do hold nothing but deep gratitude love, and respect for my previous coach. He was truly exceptional indepth and incredibly knowledgeable about bodybuilding and PEDs, hands down one of the best in the field. I'll always cherish what I learned from him and wish him every bit of success and joy in his continued career.
switching to this former elite powerlifter who's successfully prepped so many top athletes to medal at state and national level i feel like the perfect fit to propel me toward my goals. Grateful for the journey and excited for what's ahead!

Training still working with the same powerlifting coach managing my program sub max getting healthy and preparing the body for the next blast.
Stomach is back to normal and my body is digesting food very well, stools nice and firm haha.. body Weight still lagging behind sitting at 101.6 this morning down from 106kg , glargine insulin has been dropped, and hgh has also been dropped.
100% recovered from food poisoning and ready to continue to put in the work, I love this lifestyle wouldn't change it for anything!!!
