OK im back,
very rough week got hit with food poisoning on Wednesday which absolutely rocked my world, sitting on the toilet all day and not holding any fluids or solids ended lasting till Sunday i dropped 6kg in weight. Stool test has been done to see exactly what i was hit with. such a rough experience...

anyways im holding food down now and have sacked chicken from my diet hydration is back to normal, my diet will also be back to normal from tomorrow on-wards.. Back into training today we had to deload the weight by 10% due to my bodyweights rapid drop.

Ok onto positivity..

@abolone food poisoning is the absolute worst. Always keep activated charcoal on hand. This stuff really does work.

The band bar squats are fantastic. @abolone And also the bench n the leg press go really well together. I like how you're mixing things up at this point.

What did you eat on Wednesday to give you this issue? Food poisoning is very dangerous. You can die from it if it gets too bad. You'll basically end up with blood from the inside. @abolone

Food poisoning is the worst thing ever. You can lose a lot of weight during that whole episode and really weaken your body. Hopefully you feel better soon champ. Glad you were able to get in a workout. @abolone
 
Appetite is back in full swing downing meals like i was never struck with food poisoning yay!
HGH back in, peps back in also lets goo!!!!!! 6kg down isnt easy on the bench definitely feel the loads they're heavy even though coach has deciced to drop working loads by 10%..

things are progressing under my new coach's guidance for peds and nutrition it's been a smooth and positive transition. The main reason for making this change is his strong powerlifting background, which aligns so well with my needs and makes the process feel effective.

That said i do hold nothing but deep gratitude love, and respect for my previous coach. He was truly exceptional indepth and incredibly knowledgeable about bodybuilding and PEDs, hands down one of the best in the field. I'll always cherish what I learned from him and wish him every bit of success and joy in his continued career.

switching to this former elite powerlifter who's successfully prepped so many top athletes to medal at state and national level i feel like the perfect fit to propel me toward my goals. Grateful for the journey and excited for what's ahead!


Rest day today nothing exciting happening just get some steps in and relax.

Peds @UGL OZ Spartan 260mg testosterone, 5iu hgh, 1000mcg mots c training days, bpc157 250mcg everday
Diet 5k training days
Training still working with the same powerlifting coach managing my program sub max getting healthy and preparing the body for the next blast.

Stomach is back to normal and my body is digesting food very well, stools nice and firm haha.. body Weight still lagging behind sitting at 101.6 this morning down from 106kg , glargine insulin has been dropped, and hgh has also been dropped.

100% recovered from food poisoning and ready to continue to put in the work, I love this lifestyle wouldn't change it for anything!!!

Day 3 dead lifts.

running at sub max at the moment coach has deload weights by 10% due to my rapid weight loss.
goal is to get body weight back up and then push things again, we wont be blasting anytime soon, next year after march well be blasting so for now lets get healthy and prepare for the blast, cardio has been implemented after training, 40sec on 20sec rest x 5 on the assault bike.
