No changes to diet man we continue on with 5300 cals training days and 4470 rest days.
Bodies feeling solid recovery is going well next to no fatigue which is great mind you weight isn't heavy at the minute running submax till we blast again. Sleep is on average 6.5hrs , with 15-30min naps during the day ( during lunch breaks lol )

Finished with some mobility work mostly working on my hip flexors which tend to get really tight so i have to stay ontop of them.
I done the follow exercises 3 x 30seconds each.

trying to make the most of my health phase so when time comes and we blast again everything is solid and ready to fire.
Massage and needling booked tomorrow, ive been consistent with my massage and needling every second week ive been getting worked on seems to be working very well. The needling releases ALOT of tension i rate it highly.
