Too much overall work but I DO like that arm workout portion
I don't believe so, top sets into back downs to manage fatigue running sub max in the lower percentages. CNS is healthy showing no fatigue at all
2x12s at rpe 7-8

CNS is healthy its just right amount for working loads 👌

( Telmisartan has been added in )
Fasted Blood Glucose - 4.2
No changes to diet man we continue on with 5300 cals training days and 4470 rest days.


Bodies feeling solid recovery is going well next to no fatigue which is great mind you weight isn't heavy at the minute running submax till we blast again. Sleep is on average 6.5hrs , with 15-30min naps during the day ( during lunch breaks lol )

Todays sunday session secondary bench day

Mid grip bench
2x4 @ 137.5kg
2x6 @ 127.5kg

Serrano press
2x12s @ 8kg

Single Arm rows
2x12s @ 47.5kg

Rear delt cable flies
2x12s @ ??(light)

Side Lateral Raises
2x12s ( light )?

Arms
2x12s tricep push downs
2x12s Ez bar curls
2x12s Single arm d cable push downs
2x12s Preacher curls
2x12s bicep barbell curl


Finished with some mobility work mostly working on my hip flexors which tend to get really tight so i have to stay ontop of them.
I done the follow exercises 3 x 30seconds each.

trying to make the most of my health phase so when time comes and we blast again everything is solid and ready to fire.
Massage and needling booked tomorrow, ive been consistent with my massage and needling every second week ive been getting worked on seems to be working very well. The needling releases ALOT of tension i rate it highly.

@abolone 6.5 hours of sleep + naps will certainly work. those power naps are incredible. my best gains ever were naps post workout

Those are some good flexing exercises and stretching exercises. That's good. You don't want to end up needing a hip replacement when you get older. @abolone

bros this the type of workout i love @abolone the arm training a thing of beauty. only thing you missing is the pullups!

@abolone I don't see any issue with hitting it hard. As long as your body is recovering it should be fine. You'll know that you're overdoing it once you start getting some joint issues.
