Yeah bro, i hit 190kg on cybex hack squat, no knee sleeves, knee had swollen and giving me bit of issues. I will soon be using @RRR peptides bpc and start a new heath phase log.

Very nice on this training. This is the way to hit the legs really hard. @Ratatata Looks like you got in a strong workout. The squats and leg extensions were on point.
