Approved Log 2025 Prep Log - Testosterone Equipoise Primobolan Insulin HGH Cycle

9 Weeks Out — Pull Day powered by @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep

Panatta High to Low Row

  • 85kg each side x 13
T-Bar Row

  • 100kg x 6 (8 last week, first regression this prep )
  • 80kg x 12
Panatta Low Iso Lat Row

  • 100kg each side x 9
Lat Pulldown

  • 75 x 13 (3 sec eccentrics, minor pause in peak stretch & contraction)
Isolateral Preacher Curl Machine
(going light here just to be safe, little bruising still on the bicep after the pec pull)

  • 20 x 16
  • 20 x 14

Felt solid overall, definitely still strong and moving well despite the slight regression on the T-bar (which was bound to happen at some point given how much progression I've taken in this session every week for months now). Back was absolutely lit up by the end, and managed to get some good quality work in while being smart with the bicep work. Happy with where other training is at this week despite the pec pull.
Impressive as always legend, looking out of this world

Feeling a little under the weather this week unfortunately, with some serious personal stuff cropping up last week that’s thrown a bit of a spanner in the works. Stress has definitely been elevated and managing that has been a bit of a challenge, but all in all I’m still feeling positive — things are tracking in the right direction.

Had my check-in with the coach over the weekend and he’s extremely happy with where we’re at. He’s stoked with the amount of tissue density we’ve been able to build over the past few years, and reckons we’ll be about 120kg on stage, which would mean roughly 20kg of stage weight added in 3 years — and that’s even with a solid 7-month break away from bodybuilding and PEDs during that time. So I’m very happy with that response.

Body fat loss hadn’t quite been moving at the rate we wanted and weight had been a bit sticky the past couple of weeks, so he made another big calorie drop from Saturday, and my body is responding incredibly well. New macros are now:

  • Training Days: 3580 cals — 310 protein, 450 carb, 60 fat
  • Non-Training Days: 3380 cals — 310 protein, 400 carb, 60 fat
We’ve also introduced another 20mcg of clen, taking it up to 80mcg total. I’m handling it well with minimal side effects — honestly I love clen and how it makes me feel, even on the higher doses. Besides that, no other drug changes this week, so everything as it was in last update. I am absolutely loving the 15mg of MOTS-C per week. Since adding it in, fat loss has accelerated massively, energy and focus have been phenomenal, and fatigue is still very low.

These photos are from yesterday, and I’ve already seen a big 2kg drop since check-ins on Saturday, so I’m extremely happy with how the look is progressing. Training performance keeps climbing, I’m feeling incredible in the gym, and my posing has become way easier as my cardiovascular capacity improves and I’m leaning out, makes getting into poses so much more ergonomic.

Annoying setback

Unfortunately, just yesterday afternoon I managed to pull or slightly tear my left pec while training chest. It’s the same side I’ve repeatedly pulled/torn over the past 18–24 months, always on incline chest movements. Honestly, it fucking sucks for lack of a better term. It’s unbelievably frustrating because every time I get strong, things are progressing well, and my chest is starting to really improve — I tear it.

I’m always super careful and thorough with my warmups, I’m not stiff or rigid through the pecs or shoulders at all, everything feels fantastic right up until it happens — always a couple of reps in, then I feel a pop, followed by that pulling sensation and a sharp pain right in the corner of my pec.

It only happens on incline movements and has probably happened at least 4–7 times in the past two years, setting me back months in push training every single time. It’s driving me nuts how consistent it is. Had absolutely no help from physios figuring out the root cause either, so at this point I’m honestly desperate — if anyone has any ideas, I’d love to hear them.

Overall

Besides that, I’m feeling great and still super keen to keep cracking on!
Looking incredible bro still looking massive!!

Feeling really good this week — there’s been a massive shift in body composition. I’m noticeably leaner and tighter, far more vascular, and there’s a big increase in perceivable dryness. That said, it’s slightly impacting training now, as the joints aren’t feeling quite as stable, so pushing the same weights has taken a bit more mental effort (and longer warm-ups to get everything moving right). All in all though, I’ve only had one actual lift regression all prep — that was last week on the T-bar row, which was frustrating, but it is what it is. We’re pretty deep into prep now and everything else is still progressing or at worst holding, so we’ll see how we go.

Hit a big new low of 130.8kg this week. Off the back of last Saturday’s check-ins, coach decided to pull some direct cardio. My leg recovery was absolutely dog shit and it was seriously impacting training, so cardio’s now been pulled back from 25 minutes daily to 15 minutes 5x per week (I skip leg day and the day after). Checked in this morning with these photos you’re seeing — legs are way less inflamed, holding more fullness, separating heaps better, and I can actually pose without feeling like I’m gonna snap a muscle hahaha.

To counteract the drop in energy expenditure, we’ve pushed steps up from 8k to 12k per day, and made another substantial reduction in food. Also adjusted macros, as with carbs coming down, trace proteins dropping it was pushing my direct intake way too high to keep it at 310g, so we’ve dialled it back to:

Training Days (TD):

  • 285g Protein
  • 400g Carbs
  • 60g Fat
  • ~3280 cals
Non-Training Days (NTD):

  • 285g Protein
  • 350g Carbs
  • 60g Fat
  • ~3080 cals
No drug changes at all. I’ve had a bit of mild nipple sensitivity so threw in an extra 12.5mg Aromasin on a couple of days, but otherwise everything’s the same.

Pec update: still no better unfortunately. Still sore and a bit tight, and I’ve tweaked it again a couple of times doing completely unrelated stuff. Just crossing my fingers and hoping more time on BPC and actively resting it will sort it. Worst case I’m getting on stage with a flat chest — it is what it is.

Would love to hear everyone’s thoughts — keen as ever to keep pushing.

@PassiveHulk bros nice job on this my man. you are doing a great job! the protein, carbs and fats are all perfect.

8.5 Weeks Out Update Powered By @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep

I legit cannot stomach chicken or rice at the moment — it still makes me feel so sick from smashing it so hard in the offseason. Managing appetite is still going really well with this approach though; it’s fucking delicious, and honestly I don’t feel like I’m dieting at all right now. My appetite still hasn’t fully bounced back from spending basically three straight years pounding food in the long offseason, so this works incredibly well for me at the moment.

I’ll be rolling in more whole protein sources soon, because I’m not a huge fan of the sheer amount of WPI I’m consuming from an optimisation perspective. But hey — do as I say, not as I do, right? HAHA

Training Day Diet

  • 285g Protein
  • 375g Carbs
  • 59g Fat
M1

  • 50g brioche
  • 1 large egg
  • 50g short cut trimmed bacon
M2 (Pre-workout)

  • 44g WPI
  • 100g Weet-Bix multigrain
  • 18g honey
  • 250g unsweetened almond milk
Intra Workout

  • 80g Ribena
  • 14g Creatine Monohydrate
  • 5g electrolytes
M3 (Post-workout)

  • 76g oats
  • 50g WPI
  • 100g banana
  • 25g honey
  • 100g blueberries
  • 150g kiwifruit (eaten separately — fruit options get rotated but absolutely loving kiwi at the moment)
M4

  • 480g rump steak
  • 200g mixed veg
M5 (I blend this into a shake and drink half with M1 and then other half right before bed)

7.5 Weeks Out Update Powered by @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep

Mid-week check-in for the boss — he’s happy with the visuals. Had a massive 3kg drop in the past 4 days since updating the nutrition plan to these macros last Saturday, now sitting at a new low of 127.5kg.

New Macros

Training Days (TD)

  • 285 protein
  • 375 carb
  • 60 fat
Non-Training Days (NTD)

  • 285 protein
  • 320 carb
  • 60 fat
I’m also running a high day tomorrow at 285 protein, 500 carb, 55 fat, which I’m extremely excited for — even though I don’t think it’s really necessary at this point, it’s mainly for my coach to be able to evaluate the look with a little carbohydrate top-up, especially since tomorrow’s back day is an extremely taxing, heavy session for me.

PEDs

All the same as last update, besides bumping the clen up to 100mcg. Still no oral androgens in yet.

How I'm Feeling

Honestly, I’m feeling awesome. Dropping weight nicely, and now that I’m lighter I’m actually sleeping better with the CPAP for my sleep apnea. Got bloods done on Monday to check up on liver, kidneys, and cholesterol since they weren’t amazing in my last bloods back in May. Also checking TSH, T3, T4, and reverse T3 to compare to the thyroid panel I did right before prep started — just to see if thyroid supplementation will be needed.

Absolutely no food focus, 100% dialled in, feeling great. All 12k steps nailed daily (missed some on Monday but did more on Sunday to plan for post-legs low steps, then more yesterday to even it out — sitting at a 12k average).

Feeling fantastic overall. My self-belief and the way I’m evaluating my physique just keeps getting better the leaner I get. I am flattening off a little bit, but the detail is coming through just as fast, which is incredibly motivating. Really happy with how this package is shaping up — it’s going to be massively improved on last time, and that’s all that matters to me.

6.5 Weeks Out Update Powered by @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep

Starting to feel the diet now, super fkn hungry upon waking in the morning. I generally fast for a few hours here which really helps as the appetite settles down and I can manage that appetite early in the day much better. Fatigue is honestly still in a good spot. I can definitely notice a small drop in output, just subconsciously I’ll find myself avoiding small tasks or not being bothered to do things I wouldn’t have thought twice about previously. Sex drive has dropped a bit alongside this as well but to be expected at this stage.

I am so mentally locked in and loving this process of prep. This whole experience in comparison to last time is just night and day. My last prep I wasn’t sleeping from like 12 weeks out (max 1–2 hours consecutively per night, waking at least 3 times, sometimes only getting like 2–3 hours in total), moody, exhausted, emotionally lifeless and just in general a fkn miserable human being hahaha.
This time has been so different, I’m so dialled in, so excited to train and do my cardio and steps and see all of the fruits of the labour of the offseason begin to push through. Daily now I’m seeing huge condition changes and positive look shifts. Glutes are starting to separate and I’m seeing more and more detail push through everywhere.

Weight & Visuals

Hit an all-time new low this week of 125.9kg — that’s 5kg down in the last two weeks. Body is definitely flattening out a bit now, so we've made a few PED tweaks and have added a weekly high day on Thursdays, especially to support that brutal back day and give my coach a chance to assess the look on Friday with some extra glycogen on board. Second one tomorrow and I cannot fkn wait.

Updated Macros

Training Days
2980 kcal
285g protein
325g carbs
60g fat

Non-Training Days
2780 kcal
285g protein
275g carbs
60g fat

High Day (Thursdays)
285g protein
500g carbs
55g fat

PED Stack & Support Supplements

Androgens:

  • Testosterone Enanthate – 500mg/week
  • Boldenone Undecylenate (EQ) – 500mg/week (down from 700mg)
  • Primobolan – 1000mg/week (down from 1200mg)
  • Trenbolone Acetate – 70mg/day
  • Anavar – 40mg/day (just added in 3 days ago - pumps have been AWESOME - couple gym pics attached to this to showcase)
Fat Burners & Peptides:

  • Clenbuterol – 100mcg/day
  • MOTS-C – 15mg/week (split over 3 doses)
  • BPC-157 – 500mcg/day (still ongoing for pec rehab)
  • HGH – 8 IU/day (all taken first thing in the morning)
Health & Ancillary Support Stack:

  • Aromasin – 12.5mg every day (due to mild nipple sensitivity)
  • Injectable Glutathione - 100-200mg per day (recovering from illness)
  • TUDCA – 750–1000mg/day
  • NAC – 1200mg/day
  • Citrus Bergamot – 1000mg/day
  • Fish Oil – 2–3g/day EPA/DHA
  • Astragalus – 2000mg/day
  • Daily magnesium, electrolytes, and multivitamin
  • CPAP machine still in use for sleep apnoea — but overall sleep quality has improved notably with the weight loss

Everything’s moving in the right direction — visuals improving by the day, mental clarity is high, and I'm truly enjoying the process this time around. Every detail emerging feels like validation of the years of effort behind it. Package is coming together better than ever, and I’m fired up.

Let’s keep pushing.

6.5 weeks out Pull Day powered by @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep

Panatta High to Low Row

  • 87.5kg each side x 13
T-Bar Row

  • 105kg x 7 (up 5kg TW)
  • 90kg x 8 +2 assisted
Panatta Low Iso Lat Row

  • 95kg each side x 11 +1
Lat Pulldown

  • 80 x 14 (3 sec eccentrics, minor pause in peak stretch & contraction)
Isolateral Preacher Curl Machine
  • 25 x 13

Super happy with this session, still taking progressions, this is all time strength across the board even at 6.5 weeks out. Small volume reduction this past 2 weeks with 1 set pulled from biceps and the low iso row is selling my soul to take progress on so will likely pull this as it's the least stable and most fatiguing movement for me personally. I am prioritising the tbar as I don't feel anything else like I do that in my back and I really want to maintain pulling big numbers on chest supported stuff to prioritise that upper back thickness which is where I've lacked in the past in my opinion!
All in all, fkn great session!

All in all, fkn great session!
you're a monster bro, so strong

5 Weeks Out Update! Powered by @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep

Haven’t done one of these in fkn agessss, I'm so sorry for the massive gap in updates — it’s been a full-on, hectic, busy-ass week haha. A lot has changed, and bodyweight has been dropping rapidly, with what feels like almost daily new lows.

These check-in pics were taken 3 days ago at 123.7kg, but I woke up this morning at 122.1kg, so things are moving FAST.

What’s Changed

Last week we introduced T3 at 25mcg, and my body just started rocketing down in weight and flattening out hard. I’ve never seen visual changes happen so fast in my physique — it’s been wild to see the shifts every single day.

We’ve kept the same macros from my 6 weeks out check-in, and no high day was run last week, so macros have been:

Training Days
285g protein
300g carbs
60g fat

Non-Training Days
285g protein
225g carbs
60g fat

New Additions

Coach added in 500mcg of Retatrutide once per week, starting yesterday. I haven’t been struggling with appetite personally, but he wanted use to utilise it to help improve insulin sensitivity and cholesterol, especially given my last bloodwork wasn’t great on HDL/LDL ratio.
Since the introduction of the t3 last week, I’ve dropped 3.8kg in the last 10 days — so fingers crossed we’re on track to come in extremely tidy in 5 weeks' time.

How I’m Feeling

Definitely starting to feel prep now. Energy is lower, feet dragging a bit more, and I’m less inclined to do anything outside of what I need to tick the boxes each day. Had a few days where my body felt absolutely cooked this week.

It’s been an interesting reflection honestly — just how good I was feeling a couple of weeks ago, with very little fatigue, and then boom… T3 goes in, bodyweight smashes down, and I’m feeling flat and dry all week. The visual changes are insane though, so it’s doing what it’s meant to.

High Day For Legs Today

Coach has rolled in a high day for me today at:

285g protein
500g carbs
55g fat

And I am FKN HYPED. Already had M1 and feel way better haha — looking forward to seeing how the body responds visually over the next couple days after the bump in carbs.

I’ll get a couple more training logs and food updates up throughout the week too.
Apologies again for the delay in posting anything — appreciate everyone who's been following along!

Let’s fkn go.
#5WeeksOut

4 Weeks Out Update Sponsored by @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep

Weight hit 122.5kg Friday morning, and coach sent the new plan through on Saturday. Feeling really good still. We added 500mcg Raptors Retatrutide on Sunday—mainly for its' lipolytic and insulin sensitivity effects, since my appetite has been very manageable. Then Wednesday’s check-in came around and he bumped it to 1mg per week (split into two 500mcg doses), just pending how digestion handles it.

I’m generally very sensitive to drugs and feel most of their effects, but honestly, I’ve been blown away by how much of an impact such a small dose of Retatrutide has had. It completely ghosted my cravings and pushed my appetite right back down. This whole week I haven’t felt like I’m deep in a deficit in terms of hunger signals—happy to eat when it’s meal time, but no clock-watching or structuring my day iron rigidly around food anymore.

The best example: my mate ordered my favourite pizza for his dinner the other night we were catching up. Normally I’d be salivating over that pizza, but I genuinely enjoyed my steak, didn’t overly crave the pizza, and just carried on with my night.

We're making a big push for fat loss this week with the following nutrition adjustments:

  • 3 Low Days: 285P / 120C / 60F
  • 3 Medium Days: 285P / 230C / 60F
  • 1 High Day: 285P / 500C / 55F (for legs tomorrow)
These photos are from Friday at 122.5kg, but this morning I woke up at 119.8kg—weight is just flying off me.

Posing feels smooth and natural, practicing daily with minimal shaking or sweating. Routine is coming along nicely too. Feeling very positive seeing such a big shift in body comp this week.

This mornings photos at 119.8kg coming next.

@PassiveHulk Great updates man...keep it up.......

Here are my check ins from this morning at 119.8kg, we are holding everything as is and seeing what the high day tomorrow does for me

At the end there is some comparison pictures from show day 2022 (carbed up) at 100kg vs first thing fasted AM shots today at 4 weeks out at 119.8kg
@PassiveHulk man you look a absolutely phenomenal. I can wait to see how you look during the show with a tan.

Legendary thank you so much! Feeling good man, still dropping weight and getting leaner by the day but a bit to go til I'm peeled still! In the 118's now haha

My posing coach always says the same, that's one habit I have struggled to shake in my posing but I will keep working on it!

Thank you bro!

My Texan genetics? Hahahaha thank you bro

Thank you mate!

Thank you bro! Will do

Thank you my friend, keen to peel all the layers back and get into the hurt of prep haha

Hahaha thank you bro, nowhere near that size yet but one day hopefully!

Thank you mate! I appreciate it

Thank you so much man I hope I will do well but either way this will be my best stage look to date so I am keen regardless!
keep up the grind going

3 Weeks Out Update @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep

Bodyweight hit 117.4kg for check in on friday, now down to 116.4. No major adjustments nutrition-wise besides a big 600g carb high day on Monday for legs — which was absolutely incredible. Hunger is definitely starting to ramp up now, and I’m really beginning to feel the deficit both mentally and physically. Fatigue is creeping in, but I’m still feeling incredibly grateful for this process. Every day is just ticking boxes, doing the thing I love, and getting closer to show day. Feeling very blessed to be in a position to do this every single day and have the support of everyone here, the Raptor Labs team and all of my close and loved ones in my immediate circle.

Drug Adjustments
We’ve pulled back some of the injectables, increased orals slightly, and pushed lipolytics a little higher:

  • Test: 450mg (down from 500mg)
  • EQ: 400mg (down from 500mg)
  • Primo: 850mg (down from 1000mg)
  • Anavar: 60mg (up from 40mg)
  • Clen: 120mcg (up from 100mcg)
  • 5-Amino: 200mg (up from 150mg)
  • SLU-PP-332: introduced
  • T3: still 25mcg
  • HGH: 8iu generic fasted AM
  • Supportive supps still in as usual
Other Adjustments

  • Salt: 7g daily
  • Water: 4.5L daily
  • Training: dropped back to 4 days per week (to help manage fatigue and recovery)
Nutrition

  • Training Days: 285P / 230C / 60F
  • Non-Training Days: 285P / 120C / 60F
  • High Day: 285P / 600C / 55F
All in all, feeling very good. Condition is shifting hard now, new lows almost daily, and my body is drying out and tightening right up.

you are looking terrific! I love the different posing that you're doing. And I love that you drop down your dosing a little bit. That's smart.
