122.5kg Friday morning, and coach sent the new plan through on Saturday. Feeling
really good still. We added
500mcg Raptors Retatrutide on Sunday—mainly for its' lipolytic and insulin sensitivity effects, since my appetite has been very manageable. Then Wednesday’s check-in came around and he bumped it to
1mg per week (split into two 500mcg doses), just pending how digestion handles it.
I’m generally very sensitive to drugs and feel most of their effects, but honestly, I’ve been blown away by how much of an impact such a small dose of Retatrutide has had. It completely ghosted my cravings and pushed my appetite right back down. This whole week I haven’t
felt like I’m deep in a deficit in terms of hunger signals—happy to eat when it’s meal time, but no clock-watching or structuring my day iron rigidly around food anymore.
The best example: my mate ordered my favourite pizza for his dinner the other night we were catching up. Normally I’d be salivating over that pizza, but I genuinely enjoyed my steak, didn’t overly crave the pizza, and just carried on with my night.

Posing feels smooth and natural, practicing daily with minimal shaking or sweating. Routine is coming along nicely too. Feeling very positive seeing such a big shift in body comp this week.
