Hip belt squat with 240kg/528lbs x 8 fast reps. Nylon reinforced belt on hips vs load via a bar onto the shoulders.

Dumbbell Bench Press
10kg (cos 12.5 was in use) @ x 15 reps, 22.5kg @ x 15 reps, 30kg @ (cos there was only one 32.5kg available) x 15 reps. Usual spot (all sets start from the chest and not arms length as most do) into position, one rep wobbled but I did 42.5kg/93.5lbs x 15 reps. 45kg/99lbs next time

Thick Handled Dumbbell Work
LH: 67.5kg x 3 x all failed reps. Just not there
RH: 67.5kg x 2, 3 and 3 r/p reps

110kg x 8 reps, 220kg x 6 reps, 330kg/726lbs x 4 reps

Leg Press
Might need to slow reps down as I think going too quick caused an issue
170kg x 15 reps, 320kg x 15 reps, 470kg x 15 reps (caused a lower right back stiffness - walked that off

Lying Leg Curls

Solid pump. Had a 800g pasta and meatball thing plus other food and all that helped

Flexor BB Wrist Curls standing
bar x 20 reps, 60kg x 15 reps, 90kg/198lbs x 15 reps, d/s 60kg x 20 reps and then 40 reps with the broomstick. Right forearm 16.5-inches (actually down a `1/4-inch but looked muscular)
