Please critique my diet

This will be my cutting diet that I just recently started.
stats: 5'11 202lbs
around 10%bf
Cycle: 100mg eod tren ace
500mg ew test E
50mg winni ed
Meal 1: 10 Egg Whites, 1 Cup of Oatmeal
Meal 2: 7oz Chicken, 8oz Sweet Potato
Meal 3: PWO SHAKE - 50g Whey Isolate, 50g Waxy Maize(that is usually what most people use. I prefer vitargo but its quite expensive. Karbolyn works too its cheaper than vitargo but much more than waxy)
Meal 4: 7oz Tilapia(or cod, or flounder) 1 Cup of White Rice(both of these are fast digesting thats why its chosen for post workout)
Meal 5: 2 cans of tuna(small cans, not the large ones), 6oz Baked Potato
Meal 6: 7oz Chicken
Meal 7: 10 Egg Whites, 2 Tablespoons of Natural Peanut Butter
Also for meals 2,4,5,6,7 I eat 1Cup of green veggie.(usually broccoli or spinach/kale
 
ya looks good man. If you find the fat loss has stopped or really slowed down. I would have my last carb-containing meal with my post workout meal and than just protein and some healthy fats and some veggies for the rest of the night.

If I read your diet correctly. Your having 2 carb containing meals after your workout. I would drop the second one, and maybe throw in some more carbs with your post workout meal. Just drop the potato and add some pb instead.

But the diet actually looks really good man. Just an idea if things slow down for ya. Good luck

PS. I hope its NATURAL PEANUT BUTTER your eating. Hydrogenated oils are shit.
 
lol definitely ALL NATURAL PEANUT BUTTER. The past three weeks prior to this I ate no more than 75g carbs in a day and kinda hit a plateau with loosing fat. Once I threw the carbs back in I now feel a lot stronger and workouts a lot better. I just started doing fasted cardio 5 days a week first thing in the morning. Hoping this will be enough.
 
Do you guys buy whole eggs, and remove the yolks, or are you guys buying the whites in the container?

All of the containers of whites are so small in my local grocery, and pricey too.

Ya personally im not a big fan of low carb diets. Just like you were saying, I feel alot better/stronger and I have much better workouts with a decent amount of carbs in me.

Fasted cardio is the shit man. Burns away the fat like crazy, at least for me....

You could always try carb-cycling. Something like 75grams one day, 50 the next, than something like 200 on day three than back down to 75 and repeat. OR like 3 low, 1 high.

I have done carb-cycling once before and it worked great for me. Although I think I should of thrown in some higher carb days more often. I still ended up feelin like dog crap after a while. But I got shredded. haha
 
Yeah I just started fasted cardio today. Hopefully It will work for me. I have never kept to it like I am committed to keeping with it now. Im going for 5 days a week with it.
