rub some emu oil on them shoulders.. shit is amazing.

I usually put a hemp oil on my salad, cook with coconut oil or drink coconut milk, garlic extract is great too. Quercetin and green tea I've noticed help.

Avoid dairy and gluten if you feel it acting up.

I get it off amazon. This kind here. Price per oz is the best I've ever found, and its free shipping if over $25 or if you have a prime account (free to students or parents for a few months) it's free two-day shipping.

They have smaller oz bottles too, but for 8oz that's by far the best price I've ever seen. I use this exact brand. All the natural stores where I live mark it up a good 50-100%.

It will never go bad either, which is nice compared to other oils.

My back has never hurt so much as since I started running on a treadmill.

If you can hit a track, they are often made with rubber in them now. I love running outside. I feel I get more benefit and less negatives. Pavement kills me too, though. I run on either a track (bore me to death, but easy measuring time and distance) or dirt, undulating trails.

I just found out the other day that I have pretty bad arthritis in my lower back. I gotta keep those glutes(tight) hammies(tight) and calves(not quite as tight) stretched out or the pain can reach unbearable.

Yeah it kinda comes and goes. If I can get anywhere from 6 to 8 laps in Im pretty happy with that. Usuall its not so bad but right now man it just plain sucks. Will try it outside and see if its any diff. You know the crappy thing here in IL is that most all the High School tracks at least around me have No Trespassing sign posted all around and they do prosecute. I pay for the dam things but cant use it. I really love that shit!
I have also found that my hams are pretty tight but dont know why. Just gonna have to take the time to stretch em out.

As you can see 3J and RJ have looked in (TheFitNation.net) and they are getting geared up to get this rockin and rollin. I have been waiting for this to happen ever since I first read about it so I am def ready to JUMP as soon as they say to.

3J has sent me his questionaire and I will get that back to him as soon as I get a tailors tape to measure myself with. (tomorrow!)
So very soon this log is gonna stop and we will be into the real deal.
It is my understanding that RJ is gonna set up some kind of template for that log.
