I have been following bigcats 7 days to ultimate leaness program. Im starting the carb load phase tomorrow...its 3 days long till the show. Some people said that the carbs he reccomends (sweet potato) might be too clean. What do you guys use? I was thinking of doing both sweet potato's, mashed white potato's, white rice, oatmeal, ricecakes. What do ya guys use? :chomp:

also...I CANT WAIT 2 START carb loading...Im flat like a pancake!!! :p

listen to your body, try the sweet potatos remember to eat every 2 hrs, you may sub a rice cake in there if you wish, just don't overdo it and remember to drink water after not before or while eating to cut down on bloat.
don't forget the R-ALA you should see some filling out after the first 4 hrs this should give you an indication where to go from there.

In some instances, this practice can even offer some major benefits for you.

I’ve done my best to avoid binging on breadsticks and pasta for meals. My thoughts here are twofold: 1) my cardio doesn’t consist of a marathoner’s schedule so the carbs won’t burn off easily, and 2) I’d rather use other foods/nutrients to pack on pounds during a bulking phase.

But I’ve been lightening up on this stance lately after reading some new materials on the subject of carb loading. And the truth is that carb loading – or just eating these nutrients in general – isn’t as bad as everybody thinks. That said, let’s discuss this subject further, beginning with the notion that people can eat plenty of carbohydrates and still lose weight.

Read about how to Cheat Your Low Carbohydrate Diet & Don't Gain Weight from Carbs.

i think what he is doing with you is hitting you with more carbs on weds and then tapering them down a little bit as you get closer. this is to prevent you spilling over.
