I have been following bigcats 7 days to ultimate leaness program. Im starting the carb load phase tomorrow...its 3 days long till the show. Some people said that the carbs he reccomends (sweet potato) might be too clean. What do you guys use? I was thinking of doing both sweet potato's, mashed white potato's, white rice, oatmeal, ricecakes. What do ya guys use?
