Ways to increase/maximize natural testosterone- NO GEARS

Let's share our ways and methods of keepin the testosterone levels at its maximum. Doesn't have to be scientific, just what you practice or believe in. No gear, drugs and tribulus/viagra please.

Here's mine:

- Do more cardio to decrease testosterone, and when recovered the body will produce more than before (supercompensate).

- Lift heavier weights and after 45 minutes stop because the test level will decrease, and when fully recovered, the body will produce more than before.(supercompensate)

-Consume 30mg of zinc everyday.

-Eat lots of beef including the fats.

-Sleep more than 8 hours in the dark continuously.

-Minimize sex/jerking off.

-No smoking

-No alcohol

-No soy products. (or beans for that matter) and some veges like broccoli due to their phytoestrogen content.

-Peanuts are good for test levels.
 
I remember reading that sunlight can increase test levels. Kind of like the old saying that in the springtime love is in the air. More like people are getting out more after the long winter with short days and then even ugly girls look hot.

My suggestion is to use the tanning bed in the winter and get outside more in the summer.
 
i agree with the 45 minute workout test supression, the 8 hour sleep, and the and the high protein, but believe that the sex abstinence is a myth. in fact, i feel sexual release is beneficial

But releasing sperm is like releasing loads of zinc and protein and the body has to work at producing new sperm. And plus somehow after releasing, you don't feel as aggressive as before, indicating a decrease in test.

Diet composed of 30% fat, 30% of the total fat intake be saturates (may not be a good idea in general though)
Peanut butter/Olive oil good for the monounsaturates
Sleep
Testosterone is actually used to keep sperm production going, its a negative feedback loop.
Porn is good, arousal & prospect of sex increases testosterone.
When an erection occurs testosterone levels in the blood spike.
Don't overtrain & keep workouts intense and short with many compound movements
Zinc
 
Now thats something new. Watching porn will increase test but not actually jerking it off right?

And yeah, I agree with the "go heavy" especially squats.

But too much peanut butter fats is bad, I think the fats of the beef steak is bout enough for me.
 
I love peanut butter but unless its organic it contains high levels of carcinogenic aflatoxin (SP?) - may even be in the organic?? - heard this from Dr. Colgan, I'll try to dig up more info.
