Damn and i felt bad about my 20 pieces of mini-chocolates{kit kats,reeses,other stuff} XD
Only had 2 cheat days like this in the last 3 months, ^^^ and last week with 4 slices of thin crust pizza.
Idk if u guys are helping my mind or making me think to eat more if i ever binge again haha
But my carb up day for the week always makes me feel lovely Good high carbs with little to no sugar
