I Told You So ...

I've been shopping for a new diet diary since the pay one I've used (Calorie King) jacked it's rates to a disgusting level ($55 a year, get the hell out of here), I THINK I've found it, it's called Nutridiary, and it's free. Now what's SERIOUSLY cool about this, it lets you record:
1. Time you eat (instead of set meals)
2. It automatically breaks out the macros, by grams, with a drop down menu, no more math!
1. Time you exercise.

I just found it, and just joined up so I'm still learning, but you might want to check it out.

Cool!

I have been transferring data to my own excel spread sheets, I will check that one out as it would be nice to have it even easier.

I have since found out something about that diet diary:

It is on "autopilot," there is no support. Apparently it's expected to remain up and running until at least 2013 but without anyone in the support department monitoring it if it does go down, who's to know.

Shit, I'm sorry as hell because it's the neatest diary I've found, too. I really liked being able to record time of meals and time of exercise.
