Yea, I know, I'm kinda bugger ... Sorry I'll promise I'll help some new guy when I learn some more ..
I am ~130 lbs, trying to get some muscles.
I think I need to add at least +500 cal to my diet although the numbers point that I should be ok with the 3000 cal. (3000/130 = 23)
Those cal come from about:
100gr fat / 200gr carb / 300 gr prot.
Shall I keep the proportions? Isn’t gonna be too much prot for my kidneys?
What do you think ?
