I was wondering if I could get some input from some of the "older" folks on this board. This problem rarely applies to the younger crowd cause of skin elasticity.
I recently dropped (or more accurately "re-proportioned") some weight around my gut. I have a good body fat percentage of around 14-15% (but you can never be too rich, or too thin...right?). But for the life of me I CAN'T get rid of this extra skin that of course looks like extra poundage around my belt line.
The only ideas I have (other than paying some surgeon big bucks) are:
A: keep building so much mass up top that it sucks up the skin at the bottom.
b: Cut, cut, cut and hope like hell it goes away.
c: dehydrate myself and cut it off with a pair of scissors.
Geeeez! I'm only 36! Will this stuff dissappear?
Perhaps I'm deluding myself and there is indeed fat underneath? How can you tell when it's JUST SKIN???
I know this sounds stupid but any ideas, thoughts, etc.
thx
