For your post workout shake use protein + dextrose (this would be optimal). If dextrose is not available, then just use protein (you could even add some oats/fruit to it if you really want), but don't add any efa.
SC was truthful, but a tad on the harsh side.....we all know you arent going to quit working out.....just bump the calories bro, don't do cardio OR lift ever on an empty tank, jack up your protein as much as possible, and roll with it....you goal now is to maintain strength and weight and then adjust when yuou get back home, safely.

I know he was honest, but his alternative was to harsh IMO, but anyways, I will try to bump my cals more, I already eat a shit load, so we'll see...I always eat somethin before I go work out, but in the morn, I wake up and go straight to do a little bit of cardio without eating anything! If that is bad, what would be a little easy thing to munch on, (like how big of meal?)
Granola probably wont hurt or help the post workout shake with dextrose...However, I would start making sure you get in a preworkout shake (granola would be better to add to this instead).

Something to keep in mind as well is that water, in large quantities, works as a diaretic. If, as I am sure you are, your taking in huge sums of water then you should be aware that in this process you body will begin to push more toxins and flush fat from your system. This of course equates to fat loss.
Something else to consider is how much you may be sweating over there. Obviously, you run the risk of losing a lot of water weight as a result of that as well. It sounds like you are on track with your diet but if you are concerned I would go with what the others are saying and use a Pre workout shake in the morning or minimize the amount of cardio you are doing. It may be that you are just one of thoese lucky people who doesn't need to put much effort into cutting at all.
