:chomp: HELP, HELP, HELP :chomp: Alright, I eat clean and have a pretty regular schedule here is a sample daily diet and activity schedule

6am wake up
610 do 20 mins eliptical cardio on empty stomach
635 shit/shower/shave get dressed and ready for work
710 bfast omellette, rice, 5hb egg whites(havnt had any for a couple days) water/plain tea...once a week 1/2 cup juice
8am report to work (12 hour shift)
10am 5-6 HB egg whites/1-2 packs of dry instant oatmeal
12am lunch...2-3 pcs of baked chicken/baked fish, plain rice/bake potatoe, carrots/green veggies, water/plain tea
2pm 2 cans (estimate it is in bulk, drained, and kinda dry) of tuna and a baked potatoe
4pm same as at 2 pm
6pm dinner same as lunch
8pm get off work/ pre work out meal (note: havnt been eating one lately)
9pm go to gym, 1/2 mile walk, and work out for hour -hour and half modified 5x5/volume routine
1030 drink post work out shake 2scoops weigh, 3serve PB, 1 serv flax, 1/2 tray ice, little water
11pm go to bed

repeat

that is pretty much my daily activity, only difference is on wed/sun I dont go to the gym, but still do cardio in morn. thursday I dont go to work, and usually go to gym around 4pm (after meal) and then to pool for some sun, and relax in water (no laps!!)

In the last 2 1/2 weeks, (following a bulk cycle that really didnt put to much bulk on?? :worried: ).I have tried to continue to add weight, but only lean weight, and burn minor (very minor) fat with cardio, that I just started 2 weeks ago (which followed absolutley no cardio for almost 7 months).

In this 2 week span I have gone from 197 down to 190 (this morn) and cant fuckin belive it!!! I am not trying to lose this much weight this fast at all!
Note: I am taking this weird ass sup, that was given to me, called LMR's REDZONE!

ACtual questions are:
~Should I be worried about this much LB Loss this fast?
~Does anyone know anything about REDZONE?
~Is my diet that fucked up??
~What can I do to stop losing so much, (besides cut cardio, need it to prepare ~for PT test that is in 2 weeks)?
~Could I possibly have a family of tapeworms living in my stomach?? :rolleyes:

All help is much needed and appreciated, K given to anyone that helps, and have a nice day ;)
 
First, post your stats.

Your diet looks pretty good. What kind of bulking cycle are you coming off of? Chances are much of the weight your loosing is in the form of water weight. If thats not the case, i would be concerned about loosing that much weight, as it is highly likely that a portion of that weight is muscle loss. 20 min of olyptical cardio 5 times a week is not much at all...You do not have a tapeworm.
 
stats are 25y/o, 6', 190lbs, estimated bf% is around 11% according to army standard of testing. in the last 3 1/2 weeks my waist has dropped from around 35, to just under 33!! I am sure some of it is water weight, but if you only knew how much water I drink youd be amazed. Also my chest/arms/legs etc, sizes are all pretty much the same, even my neck!!!

My bulk cycle, was just I drank more protein shakes, and ate more at lunch and dinner and drank about 6 cups of milk a day as well!! Plus I wasnt doing any style of cardio whatsoever!!

and right now I do cardio every day 7 days a week! and have been doing this for the last 2 1/2 weeks solid! first week was 10 mins each morning, second week was 15 mins, then this last week I have been doing 20 mins, and next week starting thursday I will go up to 25 min, etc. Necessary due to pt test about to take!

Your diet looks pretty solid. The only thing I really dislike is that you're having no carbs after your workout. You haven't posted up calorie quantities or ratios, so can't comment on that.

Losing 7lbs in the first 2 weeks is not uncommon when going from bulking to cutting - it is likely just water weight. Just monitor your progress carefully. The fact that you've lost 2in from your waist is a really good sign that it's not LBM that's going.

You mention you're trying to add lean weight but also burn fat - this won't happen. Concentrate on one of the other.

The Redzone you're taking is an ephedra-free fat burner. It contains mostly Octopamine HCL and Caffeine.

I hear ya bro, I usually dont try to lose fat while gaining mass! I am just trying to gain mass, while eating as clean as possible.
I cant post calorie info, cuz I dont know it!!!! I am in Iraq, so I dont have food wrappers to base my food stuff on. I just eat what I get at the Dfac and go with it! I dont take in alot of Carbs post work out, cuz I go straight to bed, and what I have read you shouldnt mix alot of carbs and fats in your post work out meal. I sometimes, in my PWO shake I dont put in the PB or flax and add about70g of Dex! I usually switch up here and there.

When I get back I plan on changing alot of things, I am really just going crazy cuz I lost that much weight so fast, but hopefully you guys are right and its just water weight, that would be fine!

I know what the redzone is, I was just hoping someone would have an opion about it! The one thing I am sure of is that it is the worst tasting shit in the world!!!!!

Refrain from working out if you are not going to eat the neccessary nutrients needed post-workout to help immediately begin the recovery/repair process.

You are shooting yourself in the foot for nothing.

I would think if you don't intake anything or put in some good clean nutrients your body needs your chances of cannibalism go up greatly. Then, you would almost be going backwards as you would be torching the muscle you are working hard to grow.

That seems dramatic, I do take in a shake, which is much better than nothing, but quit working out, sounds pretty damn crazy to me IMO

Can you give me a better idea, besides just giving up!!
