Hi All,
I have been reading this board for sometime now and I am getting a ton of info. from it. THANKS for all the great information. All of you are an inspiration to me!!!!
But I do have a question that has really nothing to do with fitness but I figured I would ask it anyway....
What wrinkle creams do you use if any???
There are so many on the market that I am lost.

Thanks again to all of you!!! Keep up the great work!!!!
:) :D

The Perricone cosmeceutical line is amazing. It's expensive but worth it, and you use so little, the bottles last a long time. I use the Alpha Lipoic Acid Face Firming Activator with DMAE in the morning. At night I alternate between the Vitamin C Ester Concentrated Restorative Cream with DMAE and Ativa (a milder form of Retin A, available by prescription). For cleansing and general moisturizing, I use Cetaphil products (available in most drug stores).

Hi!

Let me tell you one not to waste your$$$ on and that's kinerase. My husband is a dermatologist and I am a nurse and work in his office. I get to see a lot of before and after's. Nobody so far has been impressed w/kinerase. Retin-A micro seem's to work well but it's prescription. I'm with Fitfossil cetaphil is a great cleanser. And the little I've heard of The Perricone line is all good:D Alway's , alway's use sun screen ,even if you think you aren't going to be in the sun.
