Please help. I've been lifting for a couple years now, but can't figure out a good split to stick with. I work 5 days a week at a steel mill, and I double on Tuesday one week, and thursday the next. I alternate those days of working doubles from week to week. I also have a wife and 2 year old son I would love to still spend time with. She is a stay at home mom, so I don't want to seem like I'm away from the house all the time. Anyone have a good workout split for me?
