Comments: Idc about having a bad workout- today was a shittier diet day than usual since i saw grownups at 10:00 AM and got a huge popcorn. I also got 5 hours of sleep since i had to wake up at 7 for a doctors appointment. I'm a bit worried about my shoulder, so hopefully after resting it this trip and developing a stretching routine I will be okay.

lol yeah I like ef too because following people's logs is fun and you get to know everyone and follow their progress
