Okay so I know i will probably get the usual **** about don't eat and turn gay or something. But personally I'm not aiming to look like Ronnie Coleman or be the next world record powerlifter. I dont want to have massive muscles where I need to wear XXL tshirts. I want a more Scott herman type body. I've put on a fair amount of muscle mass since bulking. Again I don't want to be huge nor is it probably possible with my somatype/bone structure. I want to have a more athletic look but obviously with a bit more muscle. could anyone tell me what kind of diet, and training it takes to get something like this ?

Go on a 1500 kc per day diet, stop squatting and deadlifting immediately and perform only upper body movements at about 30% 1RM. Also join planet fitness and call everybody "brah".

Sorry but that dude doesnt strike me as someone who's ever touched a heavy weight or gone on a bulking cycle so I can't really relate or advise.

How long have you been training, this seems like an easy answer or one that can be found with a google search or better yet EF search...

BTW, whoever Scott Herman is: :rainbow:

I think I seen shcott herman lift decent numbers when watching one of his youtube videos. I can't watch that shit anymore he does this wierd annoying sound and it bugs the freaking hell out of me.

Lol lol lol! Nice! Seriously bro I think you can accomplish that without trying very hard. Good diet and alot of Cardio that physique is very attainable.

That is that body of your typical 20 something year old leand out. He really has no muscle mass at all. Im just curious as to why so many peeps wanna look like that?

i think its the college age beach body look. partying etc. with a shirt on they look small. with no shirt they have a 6 pack which we all had at their age.

once they mature they will figure out that being big and buff is better than being lean.. with or without a shirt you will be formidable.

Also I googled Scott Herman and saw his videos on youtube...just some kid doing shitty M&F style workouts...3 sets of 20 with 245 on his back and not breaking parallel...one of those guys that bench more than they squat.

I slept with better looking women when I trained for triathalons rather than when I lifted heavy at the gym

You can say "I don't wanna look like that twig in the magazine"... fact of the matter is US advertizing/marketing has brainwashed women into thinking that's the sexy male standard. 9 out of 10 HOT women like lean cut guys over juiced heavyweights.
