I existed on Carnation Instant Breakfast Drink - you could add some protein powder to it + milk. Pretty much anything soft will do - soft-boiled eggs would work. Also be prepared on NOT being able to open your mouth more than 1/4 - 1/2 an inch.

As Skittles said - check with your Dr. to see if you can use a straw, etc

I was allowed to use a straw.......my oral surgeon gave me this syringe with a curved tip to fill with water to clean out the cavities where the teeth used to be - so if you get one of them, you may be ok....

I didn't eat solid food for a month!! :worried:

Eggs are good.

Pain wasn't really bad/there at all for me as long as I didn't open my mouth wide or touch the tissue in that area. MAKE SURE YOU DON'T SLURP OR ANYTHING TO F-UP BLOOD CLOTTING. Apparently dry sockets can hurt like HELL. Oh, and be prepared to retrieve some NASTY ass plaque infested food particles.

Completly agree, no slurpin or sucking (wow, that sounded gay).

Stick to liquid protein drinks and for carbs get slim fast or comparable drinks.

I had an amazing doctor, one of the best in US and I was able to eat whole foods the next day.
