winstrol and low carbs

im 23 years old,i just started winstrol 50mg a day,3 pills in the morning and 2 in the afternoon,am doing a low carb diet....can anyone tell me if imn doing this corectly,training in the morning weights and 30 minutes of cardio.I weigh 84 kg and am lookin to cut up.should i change what im doing or increase or decrease on anything like protein?Does winstrol cause heart problems? tnx in advance.

dont quite know my bf,i am eating 4 eggwhites in the moring with green tea and a protein shake when im at work,i find it hard to loose weight,i have tried everything already,lipodrene,zenadrine,hydroxycut,arbuterol,stacker 3.my diet is low carb,no bread,pasta,rice and nothing with sugar
 
we need more info on eating on cycle.. like i personally don't think its efficient to eat how I always do while On.. It seems more beneficial to use a diet routine that will promote more growth, or more fat loss.. Dunno.. I'm about to post a thread.
 
i dont quite consider myself fat but have tried almost everything to loose the weight to finaly cut up,i have gone from 102 kg to 84 kilograms back up to 90 kg now back to 84,and because i lost the weight my skin is a little flabby,now im takin winstrol for the first time.My eating habbits are eggs in the morning,a subway sandwich with weat breas for lunch and meat with vegetables for dinner,and tea most of the day.
 
that is a poop diet.

you need to know exactly how many cals you are eating everyday.

check out www.fitday.com, it takes a little bit to get all your foods loaded in there but it will tell you exactly how many grams of protein, and what percentage of your calories come from carbs fat and protein.

for cutting you should have a ratio of something like 50% protein, 30% carbs, 20% fat.

so plug your diet in to fitday, and BE EXACT. see what it comes out as, if it doesn't come out as taht and i'd say you need to be at around 2k cals/day for gradual fat loss, maybe 1750 if you want to cut harder (this is combined with 45 min cardio 4-5x a week)

put most of your carbs towards the early part of the day, protein with every meal, and fats more towards the end (and carbs/protein pwo)

you are 84kg that's 184lbs. i'm guessing you're trying to cut to like 170lbs (77kg)?

if you are taking the winstrol, you can cut harder and faster and worry less about muscle loss, this is one of the primary benefits to using AAS for cutting, getting body fat to even sub-10% levels even in someone with average or slightly poor genetics does not require AAS.

if you are running a 6-wk cycle of winstrol and you are trying to lose 15 pounds bodyfat, this is possible, but your diet and training will have to be perfect, which i can promise you it won't be.

also as far as loose skin, this will probably only make the situation worse (more rapid fat loss) maybe you should give your skin some time to adjust for a few months then start back with the fat loss.
