Usually the soreness come on during a cycle with winstrol if you are going to experience soreness at all and many do not. The nandrolone should help a bit.
The soreness could be from the big jump in weights used but more likely from over training. It is very unusual for winstrol to have lingering affect on the joints after a cycle, but it can happen in some sensitive people.
I would highly recommend that you never train more often than 3 days per week on a three way split training MONDAY-WEDNESDAY and FRIDAYS. Also limit your working sest to 2-5 sets per body part. Train hard but very strictly. See my post above.
