Okay, I got a brand spanking new digital camera yesterday, and I actually took some decent progress pics with it this morning! Unfortunately my freaking power supply on my PC went out, so I won't be able to upload them until I put in a new one. What luck, huh? Right now I'm on a crappy laptop without any USB ports, so they'll just have to stay on my camera until I get my comp. fixed. My log will probably be sporadic, too, since my connection seems so slow on this damn thing. I'm going to at least get my daily workouts and total cals/macros logged for each day. Hopefully I'll be able to read up on everyone's logs at work.

This worked out really well! I'm going to start taking them this early every day!
6:00 - rise

6:15 - Treadmill - 30:03 - 2.5 miles (5.0mph)
Stretch - 5 minutes
The run was surprisingly not bad! I've been slacking off the last couple weeks.

7:15 - 16oz H2O

7:50 - 1 scoop PP
2/3c skim milk
multi, b, c

9:00 - 16oz H2O

10:13 - 8oz H2O
1/2c protein pudding :p

11:55 - 8oz H2O

1:15 - 2c spinach
4oz chicken
8 olives
2T FF honey dijon
Diet Coke

2:30 - 8oz H2O

3:40 - rasberry cheesecake protein muffin :p
