What a great tip! I've been looking into some of that pee spray stuff, but it's about 30 bucks a bottle. I'm not ready to spend that right now since hubby and I are on a tight budget. I will try the vinegar tip this weekend! She's litter box trained, but ever since we have moved to our new place she wants to go on the landing whenever we are asleep or not home.

You have 3 kitties you said?? How many litter boxes?? Since you recently moved, that could be the issue....

You may want to clean the litter box more often or add another one......

We had two, but they all would just use the one, so we threw the other away. We scoop it out daily, and put new litter in once or twice a week.

Well in the meantime, since she's decided not to use the litter box, you may want to add a 2nd one back in since she's being pissy....

I'll pick one up at Wally World this weekend. Should I place it next to the other one or where she's peeing? I put pee pads down this morning, so I wouldn't have to deal with cleaning it up again. lol

Well if it won't be in the way, put it where she's peeing....then if she uses it move it slowly towards the other one.....if you catch her going to pee on the floor - either squirt her with a water gun or clap your hands loudly & say "No!" but don't punish her unless you catch her in the act as animals won't "get" why they're being punished after the fact.....

She knows what she's doing is wrong. We caught her once, said No!, didn't even have to yell it, and she ran straight to her litter box and used it. Then she sat in a corner and pouted for the rest of the day. Now she only does it when we aren't there (or sleeping). I'm going to clean that spot up then cover it with the litter box this weekend, and try what you suggested. Thank you so much!

Today I'm wearing a shirt that I haven't wore in a few weeks, and apparently my boobs are missing. If anyone finds them, please let me know.

6:15 - 1 stacker 3

6:30 - Cat pee, again!!!! :

6:45 - 15 mins cardio, walked at 4.5mph at a high incline (don't know %, my TM doesn't display that ), ran a little at 7mph. I felt REALLY heavy on my feet this morning.

It's Friday!! YAY!! I hope everyone has a WONDERFUL weekend!!!

UGH!! Fridays and I don't get along. I need to get out of this "cheat the whole weekend" mentality! All I could think about before lunch were those little McDonald's chicken snack wraps. I've never had one, but it sounded so good.. Well, instead I went to the pharmacy to pick up more vitamins, looked for glutamine powder (which they didn't have), and picked up some SNACKS! I've sat here and eaten a fistful of sugar free lifesavers and a pretend-to-be-healthy bar. I'm keeping track of the candies for my cals, but I'm not going to write down every time I ate one.

Here goes...
10:50 - 1/4c sunflower seeds

11:30 - Diet Coke

12:40 - GoLean Crunchy! Chocolate Caramel Karma
OMG! I wasn't expecting this to be SO yummy!

Hard Candy Tally: 8, yes, 8!, and I have only had the bag for 30 minutes.


Ugh!! My tummy hurts from all that candy.
