6:00am - 1 stacker 3
6:30 - got out of bed for cardio... to my surprise Miss Kitty had decided to pee on the carpet.
I spent most of my cardio time (only 20 mins) cleaning that up instead.
6:50 - abs: 2 supersets
ab wheel (10)
bicycle (10 each side)
plank (30 seconds)
8:00 - multi, B, C, 1g Fish oil
almost forgot about them!
10:45 - 1/4c sunflower seeds
Are these good/bad/okay?
12:00 - 1 wint-o-green mint
1:15 - 1 wint-o-green mint
