I wanted to see exactly how my weekend cheats are affecting me, so this log is going to be disgusting, I warn you! I usually eat like this ALL weekend long, starting on Friday, but that HAS to stop. I didn't record the times I ate, just the food intake.
Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
Adults Choice Gummi Drops - Multi-vitamin, 1 serving
Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Grain Bread, 1 serving
natural peanut butter, 1 tbsp
Protein Muffin, 1 serving
McDonalds Small French Fries, 0.33 serving
McDonalds 6 Piece Chicken McNuggets, 0.33 serving
McDonalds McChicken, 1 serving
McDonalds Ranch Dressing (1 package), 0.33 serving
Pizza Hut Medium Thin 'n Crispy Cheese Pizza (1 slice), 5 serving
Provolone Cheese, 1 slice (1 oz)
Light Beer, 4 can or bottle (12 fl oz)
Now, the only difference between my "normal" weekend days, and yesterday is the beer. I usually drink a lot more than four on at least one night of the weekend.
