Yes you do ... that will impede the progess you made ALL week b/c you are bloated to all h3ll for the following 3-4 days post cheat. Look at the cals you consume the entire weekend of a cheat

but look what you do eat vs what you expended if you wanna get basic & down the #'s ...

If you binge on one day, ok your body cannot rightfully absorb all that shit you eat in one day .. do it for 3 days? you betcha it will more readily absorb those cals ... & store them ... as what? That's up to your body .. As fat? Maybe ... but you don't want that...

Try to Limit to one meal a week, over lap into two in need be, ONE CHEAT DAY if you must, must Not 2 not 3 and not the entire weekend :rose:

I say that will :heart: & nothing but hope for your success ...

Thank you Bunny! Thank you, thank you! Most of that stuff I already knew, but reading it and someone else telling you seems to make it more real somehow. :confused: I'm going to log everything this weekend, cheats, drinks, tubs of lard (okay, that one was a little sarcastic hehe), because I feel like I have to do this honestly, or I'm just going to be cheating myself. For starters, I'm leaving the bag-o-evil-candy at work. Thank you! :heart: :heart: :heart:

I've never had one, but it sounded so good.. Well, instead I went to the pharmacy to pick up more vitamins, looked for glutamine powder (which they didn't have), and picked up some SNACKS! :worried: I've sat here and eaten a fistful of sugar free lifesavers and a pretend-to-be-healthy bar. I'm keeping track of the candies for my cals, but I'm not going to write down every time I ate one.

I had HORRIBLE tummy issues from all the sugar free candy I ate. I was in the bathroom all night. :( No more sugar candy for me!

Like you posted, might be a good idea to log *everything* you eat & record it to see just how much of an impact it's making.....
 
I love Jager! Mmmmm. It's gives me hellacious hangovers, though. That's why I limited myself to one yesterday.

I'm STRUGGLING today. I'm not going to work out or anything. Ugh. The sugar-free effects are over, but MAN am I cramping like a mofo. :evil: I've popped a couple Midol. I'll be sure to add today's food intake tomorrow morning. I'm going to take a nap. Our friends finally left after noon today, and I think some more friends are coming over around 4:00. I'm not in the mood to deal with people today. :worried:

I wanted to see exactly how my weekend cheats are affecting me, so this log is going to be disgusting, I warn you! I usually eat like this ALL weekend long, starting on Friday, but that HAS to stop. I didn't record the times I ate, just the food intake. :sick:

Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
Adults Choice Gummi Drops - Multi-vitamin, 1 serving
Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Grain Bread, 1 serving
natural peanut butter, 1 tbsp
Protein Muffin, 1 serving
McDonalds Small French Fries, 0.33 serving
McDonalds 6 Piece Chicken McNuggets, 0.33 serving
McDonalds McChicken, 1 serving
McDonalds Ranch Dressing (1 package), 0.33 serving

Now, the only difference between my "normal" weekend days, and yesterday is the beer. I usually drink a lot more than four on at least one night of the weekend. :rolleyes:
