If you binge on one day, ok your body cannot rightfully absorb all that shit you eat in one day .. do it for 3 days? you betcha it will more readily absorb those cals ... & store them ... as what? That's up to your body .. As fat? Maybe ... but you don't want that...
Try to Limit to one meal a week, over lap into two in need be, ONE CHEAT DAY if you must, must Not 2 not 3 and not the entire weekend
