Hi sassy & val. I got 3 questions ! ! !
1) - - - In response to your answers: when you start a cutting diet or plan or whichever it's called, won't I lose some muscle mass ? Defenitely NOT WHAT I WANT !!!!
2) - - - Also, how do you know when it's approiate to go on a cutting diet, what if you haven't put on enough muscle, then you start a cutting cycle & your muscles look thin & stringy looking ?
3) - - - what exactly is a cutting diet ? do you still take in a lot of protein, but just cut calories & carbs ?
