Will I lose weight ?

I always have trouble finding something healthy at around 10 pm. I am hungry at this time and am vulnerable. The last 8 days I have had eggs. Any other suggestions to break this up ? A shake just doesn't fill me up enough , I need food at this time.

have 8 oz of chicken breast. or 10-12 egg whites. if that doesnt work get some fiber blend pills from the vitamin shoppe and take 2-3 servings. fiber will fill you up and fiber doesnt require you to burn it off so its good to have before bed. basically eat a solid food that does not have a significant amount of carbs and fats in it. chicken breast or turkey breast is great.
 
How many grams of the casein protein before bed ? I am not a real big fan of the taste, or maybe it's the consistency. It's just not as good as whey imo. But I do know the value of it. I will definitely add it to my regiment.

have at least 40 g. i like to have 60-70 g but i am on the bigger side. smaller guys should have 40-50 g.
 
This sounds stupid, but I am not too familiar with turkey breasts that aren't from the deli.

well basically you do not want to eat turkey that is lunch meat that is mass processed and loaded with crap like fillers preservatives and nitrates. they are very bad for you. real turkey breast is what you eat on thanksgiving, carved up from a turkey. its harder to find though. chicken breast is a lot more convenient imo.
 
211 today and had a great w/o after working all day. May just be water weight, but either way, I haven't been this low in a while. My goal is 200 by July 4th. Seems very attainable, except I know that muscle weighs more than fat and I am hitting the weights pretty hard too. Thanks for all help Rikishi. I will look for the ezekiel bread this week. I may try to choke down some low fat cottage cheese at night too. Damn, that stuff is gross. Today's meals looked like this so far:

8:30 am - muscle milk rtd + banana
12:00 - chicken sandwich on regular bun
2:00 - 1 scoop whey
3:00 - 45 min circuit training on stationary bike + shoulders
4:00 - 2 scoops whey + banana ( PWO )
5:00 - grilled chicken breast / baked potato ( in about a half hr from now )
9:00 - 6 eggs whites
10:30- 30 grams of casein
