Will I lose weight ?

I am currently about 215 lbs and want to get down to 200. Here is my current plan:

8:00 - muscle milk rtd
11:00 - turkey and swiss with small spoon full of miracle whip light on wheat ( very small piece of swiss )
2:00 - half of a turkey sandwich prepared same way as above
5:00 - chicken, baked potato and brocolli
7:00 - circuit training with stationary bike and weights. Heavy intensity lifting and riding bike between sets to keep HR up. 45 minutes
8:00 - 2 scoops of whey with 1 cup smil milk
10:00 - 5 scrambled eggs ( 2 yolks and 3 whites) and glass of skim milk


Please help me. How much weight can I lose per week ? Thanks in advance.
 
I heard somebody mention Lipo=6 ? What's the deal with that ? I use to take hydroxycut and that really worked well. It was the ephedra type. Any feed back would be appreciated. I am motivated and ready to roll.
 
you only want to lose about a pound or so per week. It is important not to lose muscle along with the fat. Clenbuterol is helpful to burn fat. I would investigate the anabolic diet or cyclic ketogenic diet to lose weight.
 
I am down to 212 after the first week from 215. I have followed the plan outlined above for 8 days now. My energy level is high too. I just bought some green tea extract / weight loss / energy boost combined into a pill at GNC today. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I was actually 228 dec 31st and had a couple decent months and a couple not so decent ones. I am hoping this is the time I really stick with it. It's starting to get hot outside and I work out there, so I hope my motivation keeps up.

30 minutes cardio first thing in the moring

8:00 - muscle milk rtd this isnt the worst thing to have but there are much better choices. when trying to lose weight i would cut out all shakes except postworkout. eat some solid food here like 2 slices ezekiel bread with 6 oz chicken breast.

11:00 - turkey and swiss with small spoon full of miracle whip light on wheat ( very small piece of swiss ) if this turkey is lunch meat get rid of it, it is horrible. make sure it is real turkey breast. if not replace with chicken breast. also dump the miracle whip and wheat bread and replace wheat bread with ezekiel bread.

2:00 - half of a turkey sandwich prepared same way as above same changes as meal 2

5:00 - chicken, baked potato and brocolli no baked potatoes when dieting, especially this late in the day. eat 6-8 oz chicken breast with brocolli or ezekiel bread.

7:00 - circuit training with stationary bike and weights. Heavy intensity lifting and riding bike between sets to keep HR up. 45 minutes

8:00 - 2 scoops of whey with 1 cup smil milk i would probably not have milk here when dieting, its too close to bed time. you want to cut off carbs at least 4 hours before bed.

10:00 - 5 scrambled eggs ( 2 yolks and 3 whites) and glass of skim milk no whole eggs or milk this late when cutting. you are eating energy sources right before bed and if you dont burn it off it will be stored. have just egg whites or chicken breast and have a micellar casein protein shake before bed if you can afford to buy it.

you ideally want to keep it 500-800 calories below maintenance. you dont want to lose more than 2 lbs a week.
 
Dude, that was awesome. Thanks a lot. Where do you get ezekiel break ? Also, just by guessing, about how many calories are in the meals combined I outlined above ?
 
Also, I can't do cardio first thing in the morning at this time. This is my busy season at work. Hell, I probably burn more calories doing what I do at work than a 30 min cardio anyway. BTW, I just went from eating McDonalds pancakes with 2 syrups every fricking day for the past year, LOL, and I am serious. Cutting that out alone should make me drop 10-15 lbs the first month. Also, the turkey I get is Boars head from the deli and it is a premium turkey with no additives and no nitrates. I have been grilling more chicken breasts too. I have been eating those with baked skinned potato wedges ( small amount ). I will start adding more broccoli this week. I have to find some fat free cheese to melt over it for flavor. Keep up the suggestions, they are appreciated.

i get ezekiel bread at stop and shop. organic food stores sell it too as well as some shop rites. ezekiel is flourless and a 36 on the glycemic index which is very low. it is great.
 
I always have trouble finding something healthy at around 10 pm. I am hungry at this time and am vulnerable. The last 8 days I have had eggs. Any other suggestions to break this up ? A shake just doesn't fill me up enough , I need food at this time.

have 8 oz of chicken breast. or 10-12 egg whites. if that doesnt work get some fiber blend pills from the vitamin shoppe and take 2-3 servings. fiber will fill you up and fiber doesnt require you to burn it off so its good to have before bed. basically eat a solid food that does not have a significant amount of carbs and fats in it. chicken breast or turkey breast is great.
 
How many grams of the casein protein before bed ? I am not a real big fan of the taste, or maybe it's the consistency. It's just not as good as whey imo. But I do know the value of it. I will definitely add it to my regiment.

have at least 40 g. i like to have 60-70 g but i am on the bigger side. smaller guys should have 40-50 g.
 
This sounds stupid, but I am not too familiar with turkey breasts that aren't from the deli.

well basically you do not want to eat turkey that is lunch meat that is mass processed and loaded with crap like fillers preservatives and nitrates. they are very bad for you. real turkey breast is what you eat on thanksgiving, carved up from a turkey. its harder to find though. chicken breast is a lot more convenient imo.
 
211 today and had a great w/o after working all day. May just be water weight, but either way, I haven't been this low in a while. My goal is 200 by July 4th. Seems very attainable, except I know that muscle weighs more than fat and I am hitting the weights pretty hard too. Thanks for all help Rikishi. I will look for the ezekiel bread this week. I may try to choke down some low fat cottage cheese at night too. Damn, that stuff is gross. Today's meals looked like this so far:

8:30 am - muscle milk rtd + banana
12:00 - chicken sandwich on regular bun
2:00 - 1 scoop whey
3:00 - 45 min circuit training on stationary bike + shoulders
4:00 - 2 scoops whey + banana ( PWO )
5:00 - grilled chicken breast / baked potato ( in about a half hr from now )
9:00 - 6 eggs whites
10:30- 30 grams of casein
